Our business model includes Delivery and Pick up of your rental bike(s). Bike(s) are delivered on your first day of rental & bike(s) are picked up on your final day of rental ONLY! 

We DO NOT provide nightly pickup and daily delivery during the duration of your stay. 

We also DO NOT provide passenger airport or trail to trail transportation.

Customers must enter a code when booking online or ask when booking over the phone.

Rise and Ride LLC provides 4 levels of Damage Protection Insurance options. Every option covers “one” premium e-bike. (Every bike must have its own separate coverage.) One coverage option for each bike provides protection for the entire duration of a rental. Damage Protection Insurance is an affordable, cost-effective way to feel confident and have peace of mind when renting a premium e-bike. Most E-bikes in Rise and Ride's premium e-bike fleet, have a retail cost between $7K-$12K and Rise and Ride LLC commits a substantial amount of the rental cost to proper maintenance to insure the safety of their riding clients.

The most common damage on rental bikes in the Bentonville area are bent wheels, slashed tires, damaged derailleurs, broken chains, dented or scratched forks, ripped or broken grips, pedal cranks, saddles & seat post droppers. Damage Protection Insurance covers or offsets these common damages.

Renter must choose 1 option, out of 4 levels of Damage Protection Coverage, FOR EACH E-BIKE RENTED. Insurance should be selected and paid for (for each rider) during check out. No bike will be released until all insurance has been paid for each bike rented under a booking.

• BARE MINIMUM Coverage $15: FOR THE GREENWAY RIDER covers up to $125 in damage (ie: tire slices, broken chains, spokes & pedals)
• BASIC Coverage $30: FOR THE EASY TRAIL RIDER covers up to $250 in damage. (Everything above plus bent wheels, chain rings, cassettes, brake rotors & calipers, pedal cranks and seat dropper post and ripped grips and saddles)
• PREMIUM Coverage $50: FOR THE THRILL SEEKER covers up to $500 in damage. (Everything above plus, damaged derailleur, bent or damaged forks, shocks & broken suspension)
• FULL Coverage $75: LIV'N ON THE EDGE RIDER / FULL PEACE OF MIND FOR THE UNEXPECTED! covers EVERYTHING EXCEPT THEFT AND/OR NEGLECT! (Everything above including broken or cracked motor and housing, battery, all electrical components, wires and EMTB motor display, hubs, cracked or broken frame, triangle etc.

Any damage to a premium e-bike not previously noted at rental check in, that exceeds the chosen coverage limits, is the financial responsibility of the rider/Renter and must be paid in full upon return of the rental bike(s) or after full inspection of all damages. Damage above the chosen coverage limits will be charged to the client/Renter for 70% of the retail price of the premium e-bike(s) rented. (This includes a total loss, such as bike(s) falling off a rack or flying out of your truck while driving down the road!)

NOTE: Damage coverage does NOT cover theft of the bike(s) while in rider's/Renter’s possession during the rental period, or if riders/Renter decides not to return the bike(s). It also does NOT include direct negligence of the bike(s) such as piling the bikes on top of each other in the back of your car or truck or the bike(s) falling off of a cliff. Damage protection insurance does not apply if e-bike(s) are stolen while in rider's/Renter's possession, or if riders/Renter decides not to return the e-bike(s).

We do offer rain checks allowing a customer to use their booking at a later time; however, if a customer wants to Cancel the booking all together, Cancellation is allowed up to 1 week prior to booking delivery. 80% of rental fees paid will be refunded to the card on file. NO REFUND given for any cancellation less than 1 week prior to booking delivery day unless authorized by Elisa. 

• To ensure the best experience possible, each bike goes through pre-delivery and post-delivery inspection.
• All bikes come with flat pedals. You are allowed to install your own pedals if desired when you receive the bike. (You MUST be able to install your own pedals). You must return original flat pedals to avoid a fee.

More importantly, where will you be? We are located in Bentonville Arkansas, but we don’t have a storefront; HOWEVER, since we do FREE delivery to the greater Bentonville downtown areas and to Slaughter Pen and Coler trails, we will bring and pick up the bike(s) for you, there is no need for you to come to us. We can deliver to other further away areas if needed, but there will be a small charge.

A day’s rental starts when the bike is delivered and ends when the bike is picked up on the same day. It is not a 24-hour period. If you want to keep the bike overnight to ride the next day, it’s a 2 day rental. Contact Elisa to see if your bike is available and we will bill you for the next day. Note: We offer discounts for multiple day rentals.

Bottom line, renting from us allows you to ride longer, get out earlier, and ride later. Delivery prevents wasting time for the shop to open or in line for your turn. Store hours limit flexibility. With no store hours, we have greater flexibility to accommodate our customers. Customers normally choose an 8:00 am delivery and desire pickups around dinner at 6:00 pm. We work with you to have substantially more time on the trails.

Helmets are available AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. All riders MUST wear a helmet. Please select a helmet during your booking process.

All of our adult mountain bikes are tubeless and pressure is checked prior to rental. Most punctures that you might encounter will “seal themselves”.

FOR UNEXPECTED FLATS ON THE TRAIL: We rent an ER KIT for $10 (for your entire booking) that includes “bacon strips’ with an injector and a CO2 cartridge to fill up your tire after you plug it.

Ultimately it is your responsibility to repair or replace the tire during your rental so you can enjoy time riding. We can give you repair location options if needed.
We do not offer repair service during your rental. Please notify us of the flat upon return of the bike. If you purchased a new tire and your damage protection covers tire replacement and you purchased a new tire, we will reimburse you.

How long the battery lasts on your bike depends on several factors:

1. Total weight of the rider and what he/she is packing,
2. What level of assist is being used (operating in Turbo or Boost assist levels will drain the battery more quickly than the Eco mode) and
3. Trail conditions. (flat trails use less battery life than steep or rocky climbs and terrain).

Keep in mind that if it rains, it may only last for a short time; however, even if it is raining, there are many trails that can be ridden safely when wet or raining. Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, Razorback Greenway and The Back 40 trail systems all have wet weather routes that can be found on the Trailforks app. Tunnel Vision on the Little Sugar system is also a great option and so is Hobbs State Park. Even Slaughter Pen has a few trails that can be ridden when it’s wet (Leopards Loop, Choo-Choo, Medusa and Tatamagouche).
